Theoretical lessons: nutrition for freediving, physical preparation for freediving, setting up a training plan, relaxation techniques and autogenic training, physiology and pathophysiology of breath holding, breathing techniques, accidents, rescue techniques, basics of oceanography, marine biology and specifics of sea diving, video analysis (pool disciplines, deep disciplines), balancing techniques - dry land lessons.

 

Pool lessons: basic swimming techniques, DYN, DNF technique, technique correction based on video analysis.

 

Open water lessons: FIM, CWTB, CNF techniques, technique correction based on video analysis, technical exercises for individual disciplines, exhalation training techniques, advanced balancing techniques (M – charge, Advanced Frenzel, Mouthfill), technical exercises to improve pressure balancing, safety.

 

Equipment:

Basic equipment (mask, fins, snorkel, wetsuit, weight belt), lanyard, computer, Otovent.

 

The weight can be rented by prior arrangement.

 

 

 

The course price does not include the boat fee of 120 euros / person / 10 days ... payment in cash as agreed on site.
